Check out the factory service manual at http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/ for the relay location.

I assume the FPCU is installed and bolted in? It grounds through it's case...

I have no idea how you will figure this out without the FSM. Any chance you can borrow someone else's computer? You don't even need to download the file - you can click on it and view that part...

The fuel pump relay is in the trunk, and from what I can tell it's mounted on the right side below the power antenna area and it's green.

That said a failure of anything other than the pump or FPCU is pretty rare - I think I have heard of one or two relay failures.

ECU failure is very, very, very rare. I think I have heard of two instances now...

From looking at the FSM - it appears that if you see another green relay that plugs in it should be the same. That's just a guess though... try it at your own risk.

Or if someone else here has FAST up and running (Nissan's parts catalog) they might be able to tell you if theres a match elsewhere on the car for sure.

English classes are your freind because what use is wanting an answer if you barely know how to ask.

But are there any aftermarket alarms on the car?

Are you doing this when the car is unlocked?

Try insering the key in the passenger door and unlocking it then start the car.

Or replace the green relay in the trunk.

Does the wiring for the pump and control unit look kosher (in good order)?

When you try to start it do you hear a click click?

Does the fuel pump prime when you put the IGN in ACC?

Try grounding the pump and see what happens (Weird guess):

Make sure there is a wire connected to the aligator clip that goes to an unpainted surface on the car.

No aftermarket alarm.Yes car is unlocked.Havent tried unlocking passenger door.Have replaced green relay now just hear a single click from trunk.Wireing for both fuel pump and fpcu look brand new.Opened fpcu, looks new all over.car does crank, even tries to catch guessing from vapors. Both fuel pumps wont prime.Tried grounding fuel pump, maybe will try again with different wire.

Your local hardware store will have alligator clips and wire the same gauge as the ground wire in the connector. You'll need to file off the teeth of one of the alligator clips to make it grip the connector pin (as shown in the pic).

ok,this is weird.I checked fuse ,it looked fine,so upon feeding my sadness with Mcdonalds 1/3rd pounder.I decided to go across street to autozone 2 get a (real)fuse puller, been using tweezers.Went home and went towork pulling fuses and low and behold...the fuel pump fuse is..drum roll...BLOWN!Pulled wiper fuse put it in and car sputtered to life.wtf! I swear 2 people looked over that dam fuse and it was good. So,iI put the newer pump in car wouldnt start dam!pulled it out put old one back in.car sputtered to life.ok..now seems like more than one injector is clogged or out . I mean the whole car from outside was bouncing like a lowrider.cant find ohmmeter so I took her out on rt.1 after filling up with fresh petrol and gunned her for half an hour.got a little better but shes bouncing hard.even exaust leak seems louder.

Well, at least you figured out your fuel pump issue! Time to find that ohm meter...
