no power

i have a rb20det in a 240sx ran good than some bad stuff happen with wiring idk where so i bought a wiring harness and started over.and rebuilt my head in the process because had some bent valves so i rebuilt my head got a new ecu and wiring harness i re-did my lower harness. it will not start up unless its being pulled by another car and drop the clutch and let it turn for a bit, and it will not idle after started. problems- idle, no power barely makes it threw 2 gear. things iv checked for- boost leaks i have none, getting spark, getting fuel, air, timing is perfect, i have a stock ecu and a tomie chipped, it runs a little better with the tomei chipped, im completely out of ideas help please!!!! o and no low end power what so ever almost stalls from a stop i have to burn the clutch basically

help please checked my ecu codes are temp sensor and tp so im gonna trace my tp wires but idk

ECU temp sensor get the 300zx one from the dealer.
