No Power Locks?

So this morning my shoelace got caught on something under the dash and I yanked it out. Obviously that wasn't the best idea because now I have no power door locks. I've checked all the wire harnesses and everything is plugged in and working (although a 15amp fuse was fried for some reason). I checked all the fuses under the hood and under driver's side dash and all is ok.

Any suggestions? Is there a dedicated power door lock fuse somewhere?

You may have yanked out a cable that connects to the driver's door controls. Have you tried operating the power locks from the other door?

Yep. Nothing works. Im wondering if I shorted something out because the parking lights don't flash anymore either. Its weird because when I push the lock button the fuse clicks but nothing else happens.
