No power from the motor

ok so tonight i get in my car from work and try to reverse and my R gear goes in but doesnt have power to reverse except slowly. I get in first and also i have no power, reves but slowly moves along. I checked intercooler pipings and all over engine bay to see if anything came unplugged but it looked fine. Anyone know what this could be? also i have an sr20det s13
