no power at the fueses

ok so the other day all my accessories just quit working on my S14. every thing windows, tac, mph, clock, 4 ways, blinkers, every thing in the fuse box. so i have it narrowed down to the fuse box. I have power going in. but when i test the slots where the fuses are in all i get is .5v. what could go wrong with the box? BTW the car still runs and drives.

Your lucky. On my 200sx ser I fried a fuse box and fuel pump engine continues and other engine running fuses ran through it. That was the hardest no start diag I've came across.
