No more Maxima for me

i was on the way home from school and two cars ahead of me made a sudden stop to make a left turn i guess, i looked to the right and then when i looked back in front of me the car ahead of me, it being a 2006 Range Rover HSE, a $60,000 car, was stopped also, i had no time to react and BOOM there goes my car into his, all he got is a little scratch and a missing license plate. I got my hood, front bumper, right fender, two headlight, radiator, cooling fan, and something with the A/C all damaged. f*** insurance said my car is totaled and they should me sending me a check soon. Hoping to get a 2001 infiniti Qx4

Hah yeah, i've seen cars with the simplest damage get totaled just because it wasn't worth Jack.
