I'm on a computer at the campus lab and I jumped on NICO (cause I'm an addict...) And the main page banner has been redesigned.

It looks cool but its missing EVERYTHING...lol

No NICO banner no links to the forums.

I figure you guys are in the process of redoing stuff, but I wanna make sure it is everybody and not just this computer.
