Yesterday I gave someone a jump and early this morning I noticed that not all the lights on my center console are lighting up. I checked all of the fuses and noticed that the 10 amp fuse to the to the right of the fuse puller is not working. I replaced that fuse with a new one and still nothing registers with my fuse tester. I would appreciate any ideas or recommendations. Thanks

That shouldn't be related. This actually sounds more like a bad BCM anomaly than a fuse issue.

BCM = Body Control Module.

But, now that you've uploaded a pic, my guess is your panel is the issue not the BCM. Maybe try removing it and reseat the cables in back? Do the buttons work?

That's the multifunction switch. Seems partially damaged, it's connection with Navi unit being the worst hit.

Costee is correct. Multifunction Switch (28395-EJ77C) is what it was called when I bought a new one for my 07. For some reason, it is also referred to as 'dash control unit' (even at some Infiniti parts websites). They cost about $1,200 at the dealer, but places like INfinitiPartsOnline have them for about $850. I bought a used one on on Ebay for around $150 and it worked just fine.
Just be sure the used unit you buy is from 2008, 2009, or 2010. This same switch was used from 2006 - 2010, but the 06 and 07 models have amber illumination and will not match the colors in the rest of your dash.

The button layout and look is also different on the 08-10 versions versus the 06-07 one if I recall. The map button moved, etc. and there is a curve to the buttons where on the older one they were flat.

I can't make your picture out very clearly. To me it looks like only your DEST, ROUTE and MAP buttons are not lit up. If so, then there could be a bulb that went out.
Could you adjust the illumination to Max though the dimmer switch and take a night time picture?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and answers to this post. I was able to find a replacement unit on eBay for around sixty dollars and I should have the part by next week. Once installed I will let you guys know what happened. Thanx.

Good. But you never answered Ilya's question: "Do the buttons work?"
