Alright I'm about to hook up a safc2 to my ca18det but the ecu slot where the knock sensor wire is supose to be is missing. Am I tripping or should I just go ahead and connect the safc with out the knock sensor?

From everyone I've seen who's used the SAFCII, the knock sensor function doesn't work worth a damn anyway. Apparently Apex uses the voltage from the sensor and outputs its own 'theory' of how much if any knock you are getting...
