No interiors lights, door locks not working, trip meter resets

2001 Pathfinder LE. I was changing out one of the map lights and like an idiot I was using a flathead screwdriver to push the contacts in a little so they'd fit snug on the bulb and the screwdriver slipped, making contact with both sides. I heard a "pop" somewhere under the dashboard. From that point, the following things happened:

- My door locks will not work unless the key switch is in the open position or the car is on
- The trip meter resets to 0.0 miles every time I turn the car off
- AC doesn't come on automatically anymore, need to turn it on manually. When I turn it on it's at 75 with fans at full speed. I need to manually reduce the temp and lower the fan speed
- None of the interior lights work (map lights, dome light, rear cargo light)

I've already checked the fuses behind the little cubby on the left side of the dashboard and I've actually switched out the SMART ENTRANCE CONTROL MODULE with one from the junkyard. I unplugged the one installed and plugged in the replacement and nothing changed. I'm kinda stumped. Anything else I can check?

Did you check the fuses in the Fuse & Link box under the hood? There's a 7.5A fuse and 10A fuse to battery that will disable most of that stuff if either one is blown.

Soooo.....I went and checked those fuses under the hood and they all looked good. I went back and started pulling all the fuses under the dashboard cubby again one by one and low and behold, ELEC B 7.5A fuse was blown. I must have missed it last time I checked (it was at night and I was frustrated). I popped in a new fuse and the interior light came on....PROBLEM SOLVED !!
