no interior lights and tail lights dont work

ok so i have the same problem as alot of other people with the gauges and tail lights i have checked every fuse non are blown ive changed the little white box. ive traced all the wiring and everything and no problems. i still havent the problem and ive tried everything that everyone has had posted online.

Get a meter and check the multi-switch. Tumbler could be bad.
