No Injector signal.... need help

sup nissan heads! im working at an s13 fast back with a s14 blacktop. I checked for injector pulse and there is nothing. i have power at the red wires but the ecu wont ground the second wire next to the red(power) one. i have continuity to all wires. i know its an injector problem because i put a noid light to the injector connector. I also spayed some carb cleaner to the throttle body while starting it and it fired right up. PLEASE HELP GUYS. sorry if i left any important info out but just ask and you will recieve. does anyone think its the ecu?????
