I am doing a swap for a friend. We have no injector pulse. I first assumed the injectors were stuck so to make sure i our some gas into the intake and it fires and runs for a minute. i then check the fuel pressure, it appears to be good. So i check the voltage to the injectors and there isn't any pulse to them. Obv i have spark etc etc. The check engine light comes on as it should, then turns off when u try to start it. What would cause this? i double check and i didn't see any grounds that i missed, what in the wiring could be screwed up?? any sensor that could do this?? I don't know nissian efi stuff at all, so any help would be greatly appericiated. thanks in advance

First of all, do you have an injector resistor? If you don't or don'tknow what it is, then there's your problem. You said you checked for voltage and there isn't any pulse, which is it. Either you have no voltage or pulse! But if you have one or the other, you have some serious wiringi issues up-to and including, a bad ecu. Good luck with this one...............

I guess that would be my problem, i didn't even know that i needed to wire in a resistor box in, i didn't see it in any of the swap articles, BTW this is for a cad18det into a 93 240. I guess i'll do that and go from there, thanks

where are the resistors in the factory ca cars?? you would think there would be a spot to plug on in or something. I'm just curious.

There is a plug for it on the harness. It looks identical to the rectangular plug that fastens to one end of the ignitor. It's a silver rectangular box that has a plug sticking out of one end of it. If you don't have one, then you're never going to crank that car. Check previous threads in reference to using one from the DSM cars. Good luck..........
