No injector pulse after sr20det swap

I Have a 1993 240 coupe with a sr20det, fresh swap. I have fuel pressure and spark. I am getting voltage on both sides of the fuel injectors, when i used my test like i can hear the injector click. I also checked relay and i am getting voltage on three sides of the connector in fuse box. need help please!

When you use test light you hear injector click? As in, when you complete the circuit using a test light, the injector clicks?

How do you know the injectors aren't firing out of curiosity? Are all the injectors malfunctioning or just one or what?

What is the voltage you get at the injector? Currently I'd guess that you have insufficient voltage at the injectors due to abnormal resistance in the circuit... just a guess though and not a great one either.
