Can the local Nissan dealership do the 30k maintenance? I just bought it used, and there are no Infiniti dealers within 100 miles.

If your concern is over warranty issues, then anyone should be able to do the work. Whether a local nissan dealer will actually perform the service for you would probably be up to them.
