OK, so I had a BAD misfire, did some work and found I had two bad coil packs. I replaced the coilpacks, and it ran aweosme for about 4 hours, then I noticed the misfire again!!

Anyways, it only happens when I am at full temp and I have idled for a bit, like at a stoplight. I switch some coilpacks around while it is misfiring, and low and behold, it doesnt fix it.

Bust out the voltmeter, and Im not getting ignition pulse on my #4 cylinder when its hot. Cold and warning up, even driving normal its fine, but when it heats up I lose that signal.

SOOOOOO:

Bad ground

Bad ignitor

Short somewhere

Thats what Im lookin at, going to make sure the ECU is sending the ignition pulse first, then testing a different ignitor. Any other thoughts on what could cause it?

Sounds like your on the right track. I would guess the igniter since it's an item that heats up since it's in the engine bay. You could try and move it to the fire wall to see if it helps but I have a feeling it's the igniter.
