no ignition, no spark

wats up guys, i have an 89 240sx that i was doing a s14 DOHC swap on and found out the piston rings were fried. i wanted to get it running again so i put another single cam motor in it, changed everything back over, ecu, coil, harness. and now when i try to start it with the key i get nothing but when i bypass it and touch my wrench to the starter i find out im not getting any spark.

so my problem is that i have no spark to the motor and my ignition is dead.i replaced the coil, spark plugs, and now im gonna replace the wires. my main concern is the ignition tho. when i was doing the swap my stereo was stolen and idk if that has anything to do with it and also i noticed some wires under the steering column that werent connected to anything. red, orange, yellow and green i believe.

any ideas?
