No horn, no washer sprayer, so steering wheel controls.

2008 Quest SE

My van has some issues involving switches/controls around the steering wheel.

Horn is inoperable at steering wheel, but works from keyfob (lock/panic)
The left side steering wheel controls (audio/trip) are completely inoperable.
The right side steering wheel controls are inoperable...but sometimes depressing "cruise on/off" will make the "cruise" dash light flash repeatedly, until depressed again, the actual cruise does not work.
The wipers function fully front and rear, except the front and rear washer sprayers.
