no horn and blinking air bag

i just got the frontier from the shop,

when i drove it back, i noticed that the air bag light was blinking and the horn doesnt work

i checked the fuses and they are all fine,

can anyone shed some light on this situation? the car needs to be inspected this month and my dad is yelling at me like its my fault

Sounds like the clockspring is not hooked up.

ok i finally had time to actually look at it. i cant find that plug but i did look at all the wiring under the dash and steering wheel. everything looked fine.

im not sure if has anything to do with it but i did get the steering box replaced. it happened afterwards

help please inspection is due this month

My best guess would be the clock spring is damaged internally. It works like a yo-yo does and is very fragile.

If the clock spring or spiral cable is not centered then it gets damaged when turning past the preset axis.
