Just got my new Z (love it) but there is no heat, I've searched and nothing I've found helps much. If anyone has had this issue please get back with me on how to fix it, it's VERY cold here lol!

I turn the Climate Control on, temp on 90 full fan but nothing but COLD air!

I was checking this out this morning, because I am having the same problem with my Z. My car only blows cool air and no heat. Before I tear my dash apart to get to the heat core, is there anyone that has experience with this problem before? I checked the door motors and they operate fine, allowing air to pass through. I was thinking maybe the valve letting water into the core may be the problem. Does anyone know where this valve is located?

there's an automatic diagnostic built into the climate control of our cars. here's a write-up:

If that doesn't help, then pop off the little plastic trim in the T-bar that has the map lights in it and check your cabin temperature sensor to see if the wires on it are crossed, giving an infinite temperature reading.

I'm thinking maybe it's the thermostat stuck open?

Not sure what you're referring to but I can do a search for the cabin temp sensor location I suppose..

Figured it out, heater core has been bypassed so that can only mean one thing.

Anyone have a write-up on replacing the heater core?
