No heat

My buddy at work has an 02 2.5S. All of a sudden he is getting no heat. Temp gage acts same as it always has, had radiator cap checked, is holding preasure, and coolant level is fine. Do you guys have a direction I can go to try to help him get his heat back? Hoping this is a common quirk with these cars you guys can let me know about.
