No heat on floor which actuator is bad ?

05 qx56 no air blow on the floor all the other vent work when i switch to def or front vent i can hear the ticking noise, bad actuator i am thinking but when i switch to the floor i hear nothing how do i know which actuator is it i look up online and see there 3 to 5 actuator does anyone know which one is for the floor vent.

Shawn, That should be the mode actuator, which is located above the gas pedal towards the center console

This one is tough to get to. I replaced mine but I did it laying on my back underneath the steering wheel and basically had to feel my way to where the actuator was, where the mount screws were, and had to feel my way to install the new one. I think this ended up taking me on and off like 7 hours but I guess it was worth it as I got it right on the first try. If you take it to a mechanic, they'd likely need to completely remove the dashboard to be able to see what they're doing.
