i have a 93 240, its missing. found that i have constant power to injectors, but no ground to which ever 1 is not working at the time. it has done it to every cylinder but right now it is #1. i am getting spark to n through the plug, just no fuel. the ecu showed code 34 which a friend told me was for the knock sensor. wld this cause my problem or has my problem caused the knock sensor to show up? i cleared the code n it has not showed back up yet. any help wld be greatly appreciated.

Ignore the knock sensor code, u probably have a bad injector if the wire from ecu to injector is good. Check & compare the resistance(ohms) w/ the other good injectors. if it's good, check ur distributor, probably soaked w/ oil.

wld a bad injector cause it to happen to all 4 cylinders? all 4 have done it, right now its number 1. i havent figured out what wld cause it to jump around like it is. i figure it wld b something they all share or have incommon.

if there's oil in the distributor, it will messup the injector firing, the crank angle sensor inside the distributor is photoelectric & uses slits in the plate, once there's oil in the slits, it will mess it up. Try to swap a known good dizzy if there's oil in it. Remember always in TDC no.1 before removing the dizzy.
