No Fuse at fuel Pump But car still runs lol

CAR: 1995 240sx SE KA24DE

I'm trying to change my fuel pump because Ive been having this lean condition across all revs under load. So far I got new O2's , New Plugs, New FPR, Cleaned MAF, eliminated the EGR. A friend gave me his working pump to try and swap with mines. But as I'm trying to release the fuel pressure by disconnecting the fuel pump fuse the car stumbled and died as it should.

But when I went to disconnect the fuel line the feed line was on full blast. lol So I started the car again and it continued to run without the fuel pump ever coming on. I know this cause I dont here the pump making any noises with key on.

What's going on here guys.??
