Grab a test light to multimeter and check to see if you're getting voltage to the plug BEFORE the ignitor. If that checks out, than make sure there's voltage continuing AFTER the ignitor. Also, check your CAS, and verify that it is working. I believe if you turn the key to the ON position, so just don't start it, you can physically turn the little gear on the CAS and hear the injectors click. The voltage should also change as you turn the gear back and foreward. Tells you how in the FSM
