No fire on #3?

Just bought a 1992 240 SE manual coupe. This problem just started cutting in and out on the #3 cylinder. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I have swapped out the distributor and reset timing and still the #3 wont get fire. Any help?

dose it have spark or not ?

No, no spark at all and I don't think the injector would have anything to do with getting spark?.
