No Electrical power car wont start

I need help identifying the problem with my Q. There is no power, when you turn the key just to have the battery on or when you try to turn the car on there is no electrical power. There was no prior warning of this and my battery is fine. My mechanic has been looking at my car but cant find the source of the problem. I think it might be the fuse box. In the fuse box there is two main lines on the right side. a wire runs from these two lines into a red harness. My red harness is not connected to anything. could this be why i have no power? Anyone know what this would attach to?

man i got my own electrical probs after rebuilding my moto, and its like one fuggin thing after another. my best advce is search and research. and mokabol

Am I missing something? Why would you use a mechanic who doesn't know about your car Make, model, year and have factory trained experience and no copy of the Factory Service Manual to troubleshoot?

There are several Master Fuse Links that feed several fuse boxes.
