just a quick question, i was wondering if having no power to the interior and or the fuel pump, but the car will turn over, could this be caused by not hooking up the ground cable on the back of the engine from the block to the fire wall? because i hooked up the ground from the battery to the engine?thanks

Your negative battery cable should run from the battery, to the frame, then to the intake manifold. If you don't have it run this way, you may get all sorts of funky problems. Much like your interior power problem.

thanks, i figured out the problem, see i had my battery grounded to the intake manifold, and i didnt have the engine grounded to the frame so i ran a ground from the manifold to the frame and every thing is hunky dory, thanks again
