No Ebrake

well im going to pick up a car tomorrow and it doesnt have a ebrake, dude has the cable to fix it just didnt do it or had time to i guess.

im just wanting to know if this is going to be something retartedly hard to fix.

its on a 97 if that helps any

its not all that hard. its like replacing a bicycle break line.
