Will the Stillen bracket work as a no drill option for the 2013 M56? I know it does for the 11&12 but the site doesn't confirm for the '13 M's
anyone know for sure?

Call Stillen. I asked them a few questions about the exhaust, and they were really helpful. Even offered a discount if I purchased over the phone.

I don't see any difference between the years, other than with or without the aeo package. Even so, there is no differentiation as to individual parts numbers for non-aero and aero for the Stillen bracket.
I ordered one on eBay a couple of days ago. The listing said "Manufacturer Part Number: 105490", however the description said "STILLEN FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET #105465 INFINITI M37/56 2011+". I called Stillen to confirm which number was corect, and they wanted me to go out to the car, grab the towhook, and take some measurements.
I called the eBay seller; Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. I expressed my concern over listing two part numbers, and Mike in Parts confirmed that Stillen #105490 is the correct part for the application. I have a 2012 M56S with aero package.
Once the unit I arrives, I will update as to fitment and correct part number.

Update: received the Stillen part yesterday; it is the #105490 as described. I have not checked fitment on the vehicle, as it is in the shop getting some cosmetic work done. Will have it back mid next week.

I put mine on last fall. (I had one for my GT-R so figured I'd try for M). The fit was VERY snug to the bumper so I put some adhesive-backed felt (like the stuff for the bottom of furniture to prevent floor scratches in a house) where the plate came close to the bumper just in case... cheap insurance ;-)
