no door swaap power windows??

hi i have a 92 Nissan 240sx with power windows but it seems that some one put a after market window set-up on it but i don't like the after market set-up because there is a gear that sticks out of the door . i just went to the junk yard and saw a 90 cope just like mine and it had power windows cant i just take the bracket and motor out and harness and just put it in my door i mean i have seen other threads that say to change the door but that seems to excessive if any one know if this can be done please let me know and if you have a wiring diagram if you could post it, it would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance.
