no dome light, ebrake light is on, seatbelts motors don't work. Wiring problem!?

my dome lights do not work, the ebrake light stays on, the seatbelt light stays on, the automatic seatbelts dont work,and the car doesnt ding when the headlights are left on. but the wierdest thing is that when you switch on the dome light, the car will ding and the door open light will light up on the dash. Is this a short, blown fuses, or both. how do i go about fixing it?

check your fuses in your fuse box then get back to me

I feel weird for bumping an old thread, but my project shell is doing the exact same thing, only difference is one of my seatbelts works.

I know my dad switched the ignitions from my old car to this one. Any ideas or solutions for this? I think I'll try putting the original ignition switch back in, but until then I thought I'd search here...
