No crank/start and buzz noise from transmission

Ok, need help please ! So Friday evening stopped to get gas. Filled up and when got done, tried to start and it was crank, no start. I tried everything I could. Hooked up OBD reader and it was the U1000, no communication with anything. The only issue I have is it is leaking transmission fluid or power steering fluid somewhere. They both look the same. The fluid has sprayed all over the engine bay. Odd thing is, neither the power steering fluid or transmission fluid levels have gone down any. I was going to try to locate the leak this weekend, but now the damn thing won't start. So I wound up having it towed home. Everything I could find was pointing to the IPDM. I have one of the newer black ones. I went to LKQ and found one. I switched all the cables over to it and when I hooked the battery back up, there was a constant steady beep and it wouldn't even crank. So I put all the wires back on the old IPDM and when I hook the battery back up, same constant beep noise and no crank. I have cleaned up every ground I could find. Cleaned up as much of the fluid as I can. Any help please ! ! !
