Can anyone help with this?I've got a 1994 Q45 with no AC. AC compressor clutch clicks on and off intermittently about 15 seconds on, and 30 seconds off. I did the self-diagnostic but there weren't any faults. In mode 41 there was lots of cold air in the test mode. I recharged the low-pressure side, but that didn't help.

Any ideas? Any help with this is appriciated, this has been going on for about 6 months, with no problems prior.

When it is below a certain temperature outside (im thinking 50F) the compressor comes on and off. it will only stay on full time when its warmish outside...

Were all of the temperature sensor reading in the "51" mode as they should be?

Welcome to NICO!!

Im either thinking you havea problem with your mix doors or a temperature sensor...

That is really strange ive never heard of that happening... if your getting cold air during the tests hten that seems to me that the AC is working... However since the mix door is at full cold it could just be putting out cold air...

I would put it back into the self test in 41 and make sure the low side service port is getting cold... Something is obviously telling the car that its warmer in the car than it actually is. you could try cleaning the inside temp sensor and see if that does anything....?
