You gotta pump it and bleed it.

I have the same problem. Do you get a Nismo slave cyl.? That's what I've got and I think that it takes a different fork/actuator, but not for sure.

Did you reuse the stock clutch and pressure plate? I find that the stock equiment is really squishy and weak.

I have never seen the TO bearing fall out without it alerting you that it happened. Not to mention it's clipped to the fork. If you want to be doubley certain, pop the cover off the back of the oil pan (it's the small one with two bolts holding it in) and look inside the bellhousing.

More than likely, your pedal is just out of adjustment. I've seen out of adjustment pedals really make a clutch feel soggy like it has air in it. So long as you're getting return on the pedal, you should be good. Just double check the pedal height and rod length.

i replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throw out. i checked the throw out its hitting the pressure plate just wont disengage the clucth. the pedal falls straight to the floor. i replaced the master and slave hoping that was it and didnt change anything... i didnt go nismo just a auto parts store hoping it would fix it. i just cant get pressure at the pedal... could the pressure plate be bad or something? im running out of ideas after bypassin the damper. and i really appreciate the help guys.

and i readjusted the pedal once i guess ill have to extend it some more

I just thought of something. When I bought a new brake master cylinder the instructions said that you had to bench bleed it before installing it in the car. So if you let all the fluid drain out of your clutch cylinder (like I did) you might have to bench bleed. That's what I'm going to try, along with adjusting the pedal linkage and the rod that pushes against the cylinder.

before you do pull the rubber boot off the clutch fork and check to see that its clipped to the t.o. bearing. If it fell off you can get it back on without taking the trans off. This is what i had to do, it was a royal pita and took me about 45 minutes with a flashlight and a pair of picks but is better than pulling the trans. Also check to see if the slave cylinder's pin moves with the clutch pedal, if not then there's a failure in the hydrualic system.
