Ok... this is really strange - I was driving around town yesterday like normal, listening to a cd in my car when all of a sudden, the front left speaker cuts out. I was driving about 30mph just cruising at the time.

FM comes through perfectly clear in all speakers, but any CD I try does not like the front left speaker. The sound will come back briefly from time to time, but for the most part, I can't hear anything out of the front left speaker

Has anyone ever had something like this happen? My G is still under warranty, so I'm taking it in on Tuesday, hopefully this is covered under warranty.

Could be a cold solder joint on a circuit board? You may end up just swapping out the whole stereo unit?

I've had a similar problem in my 04 coupe. It's the actual head unit. Mine was a piece of junk. I took it to an audio shop they checked everything. Best bet is to get an aftermarket head unit. BOSE is a piece of crap

If you're under warranty, take it in to the dealer. If not, then check these guys out: http://www.shortcircuitrepair.com/
