No browsing while using p2p

Hey guys i haven't had this problem until i got rid of norton and got zone alarm and nod32:the problem : when ares (p2p program) is on i cannot browse the interent to load a page it takes 10 mins

when ares is off i can browse fine i tried lowering the limits ares and use and also shutting of the firewall.. no dice

any ideas?

Turn down your uploading... If a program is using your upload stream, it will slow your webpage browsing.

your saturating your connection so it slows down your browsing you need to limit your p2p program
