No Boost.

Im experiencing no boost at all. negative boost at idle, goes up to 0 when the throttles open. waste gate arm is stilll attatched. i also recently replaced the gasket on the turbocharger. i drained all the coolant and oil,filled it back up but now my cars been running hot, idle fluctuates from 1500 to 1000 constantly and also sounds like it boiling once i shut the motor off. car is S13, 180sx, SR20 with all stock T25 turbo. thanks in advance.

I thought I had no boost once. Then the smoke cleared and I said... "Oh that's my vacuum"

Did you properly bleed the coolant system? I've had the same cooling issue not sure about the fluctuating idle though.
