I have a question with my t3/t4 i'm getting only about 4 or 5 psi in first gear even if i rev all the way to 7k but in all other gears i'm getting full boost(12psi) at around 5k.

Why do you think first isn't getting full boost what could be wrong?

Could be the size of the back housing. You could have a leak at the wastegate's valve. But from what you just posted, sounds like you just got too much back housing for this little engine.
