No blowby at all, Smoking like a fog machine

Car pulls good and no problems whatsoever, also no blowby from oil filler cap, really zero blowby but smokes like s*** and oil Level Drops fast also oil remains golden In colour. New rings installed. Could be the oil rings didn't seal?
