I recently purchased a 08 Infiniti G37. Everything is immaculate on the car (interior, exterior, engine, etc...) The other morning I started the car to warm up before heading to work & no audio would come from the speakers regardless of the source (am/fm, cd, xm, ipod). It all powers up, and I can even hear the speakers but nothing comes out. Once I've driven the car for a little while it works, and then its fine through out the rest of the day. I checked the fuses near the lower left side of the drivers seat & they all seem to be fine. Someone told me there are also fuses next to the battery? Could this be a bad amp problem? Or? Its driving me nuts! Any info would help!
Thanks!

My first thought is a bad amp. Perhaps the circuit board has a bad connection that disconnects when the board is cold and contracts but when the board warms and expands the connection is made.

Strange one indeed. Unfortunately your '08 is no longer under basic warranty for repair and Infiniti will charge you an arm and a leg if they have to break it down.

FSM should have a listing for all the fuses: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/infini ... nuals.html
