no air coming out

i took out all the a/c lines but i should still have heat. it worked once and then i just tried to drive my car and my windows fogged up. i put the defrost on and no air. all i heard was a little screeching sound like an animal living in the dash...but it was just the "air" switching directions. it would only happen when i pressed the button to blow air to feet face and defrost. well anyways what can i do to fix this problem because i want air to blow out of the air. i checked the fuse box in the car under the steering column and switched it to make sure it was good. is there anywhere else to check and maybe i knocked a wire loose but cant find a wire hanging. also i just wired up my reverse lights but i only cut the 2 wires. but that might not be the reason i just noticed it after i fixed the lights. and that was the last time i remember using the defroster. any help would be great thanks

turn on the heat and use a volt meter to check if your blower motor is getting power, its right under the passenger dash. if its getting power its probably fried email me ill sell you one cheap if it turns out bad
