eh I dont see the advertisers goin for it. I clicked on each ad to do my part, but really the ads arent on the pages that most people look at. It honestly wasnt THAT much of a pain to scroll down. I got used to it.

Besides, alotta the time the menu was right next to where I was anyways (halfway scrolled down) after reading a thread. Worked out for me.

It helps the 56k guys, but it really dilutes what we do for our sponsors.

I predict they will come back in some form or another very soon.We are just trying to find better placement not just keep 'em on the homepage.

I do not have a problem with having the ads - it was their position above the quick forum links that I disliked. The need to scroll was silly and annoying!

So, can we make suggestions to Nancy? How about putting them in a horizontal row across the top?
