no accessory when key is in the acc position

hey guys got a quick question, but here is what i did to my car and now I have no accessory when the key is in that position, but my fuel pump comes on and car still starts. I had to clean up some wiring mess from when i threw my car together to get it home on the alternator so i took all the wires off of there and two wires touched and sparked they were the little 8mm eyelet and the 12mm eyelet and then I heard a click in my fuse box by the battery, so i figured i blew a fuse or f'd up a relay but all my fuses were not popped and relays still good, but still no accessory function i.e. no power windows, no floor light when door is open, no clock on gauges, no power locks, but like I said car fires up and i get every thing..So this led me to the acc relay and I hooked my meter up to the relay and with the switch closed i got .016~. If anyone can help me out it would be awesome..

thanks for the help guys, but i found the problem it was my 75A alt fuse that caused the problem..
