no accessory power??? Help

Car: 1989 240sx Black on black with a front lip, cold air intake

I am new to the site and new to nissans and i have a prob. i have no accessory power at all no gauges no tail lights, i should also say i have a 1989 240sx checked all the fuses no luck just don't have the knowlage. anyone who can help please i am a car audio installer so if it is elec. no prob just need to know where to start many thanks

checked out the fuses under the hood too?

75 AMP fusable link cost like $2. its under the hood and if it is factory nissan it will be gray or light blue. you can see in the window of it if it is good or bad.
