Car: 1990 Nissan 240SX

I recently purchased my first car a 90' 240SX Fastback. The blower fan is not working at all. We replaced the fuses and what not but nothing seemed to work. We tested the plugs into the blower to check for a charge and we got nothing. This project is slowly going over my head. So Please help. :help
