No A/C

2005 350Z.

A/C compressor not engaging, replaced IPDM, no current to ac clutch, can jump it and it works fine. Was working fine until radio install. Looking at ribbon cable on ac control . Any thoughts?

Make sure the sensors for the HVAC system are all connected and that you didn't leave one loose after installing the radio. There are 2 for a Manual A/C system, one on the evap (intake sensor) and one in the grille (ambient sensor). If it's Auto A/C there's an additional in-cabin sensor (usually at the driver's right knee, but I forget on a Z-car). If any one of them was left disconnected, the system will think your car is in the Yukon and won't engage the compressor.
