I'm reading the 2012 Murano catalog and going through the trim levels and what is included. Each level says it includes everything from the previous level, plus X. Well wouldn't that mean that the LE should include a 6 disc changer that the base S has?

Since it says S has X options, SV has all of S plus X options, SL has all of SV plus X options and LE has all of SL options plus X.

Dealer said 2011 is basically the same as 2012 models.

On pretty much all Nissan / Infiniti vehicles, when you go to the top level model, the 6 disc is removed when purchasing Navigation. You instead get the hard drive (which stores WAY more then 6 CD's worth of music) and of course the USB (or in the case of Armada & Pathfinder a Compact Flash Drive) port.

Cool thing is you no longer need to keep the "old school" CD's laying around in your vehicle anymore!

This LE doesn't have Nav, so should it have the 6 disc changer?

6 disc is only on the base S model, all others have the single disc, but you have USB, so you can slap on the music in the world on a flash drive and plug that in!

Thanks. Wasn't sure if the USB was just for charging or actually playing music files. Is the music played directly from the USB drive if no nav/hard drive is present? Assuming that you can't transfer music or files to the car without the nav/hdd pkg?
