Hi I am new to this site.. We recently put a VG30 engine into my NISSAN SANI 4 x 4 DC. The problem we are having is that no. 6 cylinder is mis s firing. There is plenty of spark, we've checked the harness and the injectors and all seems to be ok..... What could the problem be, we are at our wits end right now..... Please help......

is it a vg30e or vg30de...? vg30de.. ohm check the injector should be around 12-14ohms (typical problem is bad injector). if its over 19ohms, it will cause problems... also, check compression, #6 is usually the cylinder that goes first. vg30e, again check injector and compression. otherwise, could be the ecu or the harness not quite plugged in all the way (make sure is completely seated and flat in the ecu). good luck.

Hi MASTR Z not sure if you got my message, but thank you for the response, we seem to have found the problem it indeed was electrical / injectors etc.... she seems to be behaving herself now.... Regards Debbie
