I need tires for my rims and i am trying to decide between Nitto NT05's and Falken FK452's. I am not in a hurry because i think spring is still pretty far away, this weekend its been 6 F without the wind chill.

Sizes are 275/30/19, i just realized the nittos are 275/35/19

Anyone have any reviews or suggestions?

First off what will you be using the tires for? Are you looking for all season performance or track and grip? I see you're in Ontario which seems to be wet many times of the year. The NT05's look like a track base tire which will not be good in wet surfaces. I have FK452's and love them. The grip is great in dry and wet weather. I've used Falken tires on all my cars and love the all season performance. Please give us a little more info on what you plan to use the tires for .

Not looking for all season performance, these would be strictly summer tires, usually in the summer rain is at a minimum. I plan on using them only for the summer.

Im not limited to falken or nitto but the prices were good on these two, just looking for a good high performance summer tire.

I'm getting the GY Eagle GT because they have the lip protector on the sidewall. I have heard some good things on these tires so will let you know in about a month.

The NT05 is going to be better in terms of street/track tires hands down. But at that wide tires, you may never even get to its optimal temps.
